Membership Plan Terms & Conditions
Billing & Payments
- Each membership includes two separate charges:
- Monthly Membership Fee – billed automatically each month on your sign-up date.
- Fuel Charges – billed after each fill-up for the actual number of gallons delivered.
- Fuel is billed at the daily rate listed on The Gas Man website on the date of service, minus $0.10 per gallon for members.
- Payments are securely processed through Authorize.net using your saved payment method.
- By enrolling, you authorize The Gas Man to charge your payment method on file for your recurring membership fee and for fuel delivered based on actual gallons pumped.
- Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled.
Failed or Declined Payments
- If a payment for your monthly membership fee or any fuel delivery is declined, The Gas Man will make up to two attempts to process the charge.
- We will notify you by email and phone using the contact information you provided.
- You will have one (1) business day to resolve the payment issue.
- If payment is not resolved within that time frame, The Gas Man reserves the right to assess a $25 failed payment fee and take further action to recover the balance owed, including suspension of membership benefits, cancellation of scheduled services, or referral for collection.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available at the time of billing.
Cancellations
- Memberships must be canceled at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
- To cancel, email info@thegasmanfuel.com or call (803) 461-1414.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Services Included
- Fast Lane Plan: Includes up to 6 fill-ups per month. Members pay the daily fuel rate less $0.10 per gallon.
- Cruise Control Plan: Includes up to 4 fill-ups per month. Members pay the daily fuel rate less $0.10 per gallon.
- Add-ons and Extras: Gas can top-offs: $10 per 5-gallon can. Additional vehicles or fill-ups beyond plan limits may incur extra charges.
Service Availability
- Service is available within defined delivery areas.
- The Gas Man reserves the right to adjust routes, scheduling, or availability due to weather, safety, or operational needs.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate service addresses, vehicle information, and tag numbers.
- Vehicles must be accessible and in safe fueling conditions at the scheduled time.
Liability
- The Gas Man is not responsible for damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer or from vehicles that are not properly maintained.
- The Gas Man assumes no liability for incidents arising from unsafe conditions, inaccessible vehicles, or customer negligence.
Pit Stop (One-Time Fill) Terms & Conditions
Billing & Payments
- A $15 service fee applies to each one-time fill request, in addition to the cost of fuel delivered.
- Customers are charged after fuel delivery for the actual number of gallons pumped.
- Fuel is billed at the daily rate listed on The Gas Man website on the date of service.
- Payments are securely processed through Authorize.net using the payment method provided at checkout.
- By submitting a Pit Stop request, you authorize The Gas Man to charge your payment method for the $15 service fee and the cost of fuel delivered at the current daily rate.

- If a payment is declined, The Gas Man will make up to two attempts to process the charge.
- We will notify you by email and calling the phone number you provided.
- You will have one (1) business day to resolve the payment issue.

Service Area & Availability
- Pit Stop services are available only within The Gas Man’s defined delivery areas.
- The Gas Man reserves the right to adjust scheduling or availability due to weather, safety, or operational needs.
Customer Responsibility

- The vehicle must be accessible and in a safe fueling location at the scheduled time.
Liability
- The Gas Man is not responsible for any issues, delays, or damages resulting from inaccurate information, inaccessible vehicles, or unsafe fueling conditions.
